Statement of Need   
Nursing professionals are not aware of the strategies needed for nursing professionals to avoid burnout.  Nursing professionals need to understand nurse resilence to enhance their practice, utilize their license to the fullest extent and better serve organizations.

Educational Outcome  
Upon completion of this activity learners should be able to:  

At the conclusion of the educational activity, nurse participants will demonstrate knowledge of nurse burnout to include differences between stress and burnout, tips to avoid burnout and the impact of COVID-19 on nurse burnout.
